Digital Product Return Policy

At The Tech Booth Collective / RedRaven Masterclass, we create digital training, resources, and tools designed to serve church tech leaders and help them build healthier, more capable teams.

Because these products are delivered digitally and access is provided immediately, all sales are final.

Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Due to the downloadable and instant-access nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital purchases, including:

Digital downloads
PDF resources
Templates
Online courses
Masterclasses
Training materials
Membership or gated digital content

Once a purchase is completed and access has been granted, the product is considered delivered.

Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

You were charged more than once for the same product
A technical issue prevented you from accessing the product, and our team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable amount of time

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:

You changed your mind after purchase
You did not read the full product description before buying
The product was not what you expected personally
You no longer need the product
You did not have time to use the product
You purchased by mistake

Approved Refunds

Access may be delivered immediately after checkout
